Forensic Psychotherapy

As a forensic psychotherapist my work involves working predominately with the victims of major crime. This includes the families and friends of deceased victims, as well as victims of crime.

Families of abducted and murdered children.
Families of death by dangerous driving victims.
Families of death by Knife Crime
Survivors of road traffic accidents caused by dangerous driving.
Legal experts working on emotionally disturbing cases.
Production teams working on true crime documentaries.
Vicarious traumatisation of professionals working closely with victims of crime.

If you are interested in discussing psychotherapeutic input, we will have an initial assessment to assess your suitability for psychotherapy. If I feel that I am able to offer an intervention which will help you, we can discuss and agree a way forward, this will include agreeing on a number of sessions, the time and location of these sessions. If I don’t think that I can offer input which will be of help, I will signpost you to relevant services.
